Pollen to Plate: A Honey Dinner with Right Bee Cider and The Hive Supply

Join us for a celebration of bees, beekeeping, and the honey harvest with special guests Hive Supply and Right Bee Cider! 

Granor Farm's beehives are managed by Chicago-based The Hive Supply, who are as passionate about education as they are about beekeeping. Hive Supply's chief beekeeper, Naaman Gambill, will be on hand to start this dinner off with a discussion about all things bee and honey related. 

Enjoy a 5 course meal celebrating the versatility of honey as an ingredient in dishes both savory and sweet, paired with hard ciders from Right Bee Cider. Charlie and Katie have been making ciders - many of which are made with honey from their rooftop hives - since 2014. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
