We provide Peace of Mind for 2nd home owners in Harbor Country by making regular visits checking on the well-being of your unoccupied home and helping you arrange items to be completed in your absence. We use electronic reporting so that you're updated immediately after we do a home check.

We also help with maintaining your home while you are away by working with your vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance issues to be resolved, or ongoing maintenance of your exterior, interior, yard, etc...

We can let your vendors/contractors into your home so they can perform their work and report back to you.
